• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• Transaction and financial data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, for regulatory and audit purposes.

If phbouns becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
