2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use phbouns. This requirement is consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. phbouns reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. phbouns is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. phbouns makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phbouns account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phbouns reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of phbouns, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbouns login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phbouns support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your phbouns account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified phbouns of unauthorized access in a timely manner. phbouns will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). phbouns is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide identity documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phbouns reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on phbouns are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phbouns currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phbouns account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. phbouns does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phbouns targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review for security or compliance purposes, which may extend processing times. phbouns reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the phbouns cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.6 No Interest on Balances. phbouns does not pay interest on player account balances. Funds held in your phbouns account are not investments and do not accrue interest.
5.1 General. phbouns offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phbouns reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. phbouns reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phbouns is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phbouns reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. phbouns's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. phbouns reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or other fraudulent activity.
6.4 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on phbouns, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to the phbouns Sportsbook Rules published on the platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbouns platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the phbouns platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of phbouns or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. phbouns grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not frame, scrape, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the phbouns platform into another website or application without prior written consent from phbouns. Unauthorized use of phbouns intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. phbouns endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phbouns's reasonable control.
9.2 No Warranty. The phbouns platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phbouns disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbouns's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbouns account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusions. phbouns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if phbouns has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 Commitment. phbouns is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your phbouns account settings.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period through phbouns customer support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access gaming services on the platform.
10.3 Age Restriction. phbouns strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account pending age verification and will void any bets placed by an underage player.
10.4 Player Responsibility. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. 11.1 By phbouns. phbouns reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the phbouns platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
11.3 By You. You may close your phbouns account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance. phbouns will process your withdrawal request in accordance with its standard procedures.
11.4 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive the termination of your account.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phbouns platform, you agree to first contact phbouns customer support to seek an informal resolution. phbouns will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.
12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
